Hi, my name is Kris Celeste and I am a 28 year old Graphic Designer and Communications Specialist with 7 years of experience in leading creative projects of web and print, brand development, marketing strategy, photography and video production. Some of my clients include George Mason University, The Arlington County Health Bureau, and White Oak Properties.
I am a creative professional and principle designer for The iAM Group™ Brand & Marketing Consulting. I work for George Mason University as Communications Officer in the office of Orientation & Family Programs & Services. My responsibilities include:
- Provide overall coordination for all print, web, and media communications for the department and office
- Create, design and produce materials for all OFPS functional areas
- Oversee development and production of publications and all visual identity, including collaboration on web and social media presence
- Develop, update and maintain OFPS websites
- Design strategic social media plans
- Office liaison to Marketing and Communications, Webmaster, Technology Integration, Creative Media, Branding, and all other key holders
- Serve on university technology, social media and communications committees
I was previously employed as Communications Director for Centerpointe Church in Fairfax, Virginia.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from George Mason University in May 2010. While in school full-time I started my freelance work as a designer and have worked on several kinds of print and web design including video production projects. I work on print and web projects for local churches, for-profit and non-profit businesses, university departments and government projects. When I’m not busy on my MacBook you will find me scavenging for great reads at Barnes & Nobles, at the beach, or on a stroll with my wife, our two boys and our mini schnauzer.
